Winter brings a traditional apres ski every afternoon
The fire is hot and so is the soup and cider. Just a few samples from our repertoire include tomatillo soup served with house made tortilla chips, wild mushroom soup flavored with wasabi and fresh lime, and yes, even an oven roasted tomato bisque. Nothing ever comes out of a can here. The cider of course is from Cold Hollow in Waterbury, Vermont, the best we've ever tasted.
